Difference Between Deactivating and Deleting Facebook
If you deactivate your account:
- You can reactivate it whenever you desire.
- Individuals cannot see your profile or look for you.
- Some info stays noticeable (e.g., messages you sent out).
- Facebook conserves your account details, in the case of reactivation.

If you erase your account:
- Facebook hold-ups removal a couple of days after it's asked for. If you visit throughout this time, the demand is canceled.
- You cannot access when your account is erased.
- It might use up to 90 days to delete kept information in backup systems. Though, your details will not be available throughout this time.
