When your Twitter account is set to personal, just your fans can see your tweets. To make your account public, alter the Protect My Tweets embedding in the Security & Personal privacy area of your Twitter account's settings panel.

Click the Profile icon in the leading corner of any Twitter page and choose Settings on the drop-down menu to pack your Settings panel.
Click the Security and Personal privacy tab left wing of the screen.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save Modifications button. You might be triggered to enter your account password before Twitter conserves your modifications.
